Shipping And Handling
Our system generates
the cost by the weight of the items ordered including a cover charge to account for
handling. Orders are packed in bubblewrap padded envelopes or cardboard
packaging (depending on weight and size). Obviously we cannot guarantee your
goods will be handled with the care they deserve by the Postal Services, but if
there is a problem let us know

Orders
If
your item is not in stock, we will back order for you (of course this will lead
to a delay, the length of which is driven by our suppliers (though they are
normally very good).
Guarantee
We
want you to be happy bunnies, so you come back again, and tell all you friends
about us.
The formal stuff:
If shipped to a UK address, all of our products come with a 7 day no quibble
guarantee, including postage and packing costs – all you have to do is return
the goods to us (and we recommend you do this via registered post), and make
sure you email us to say they are on the way. The cost of returning the goods to
us is your responsibility. We will refund you within 7 days of receiving the
returned goods.
If you want a refund AFTER 7 days, we are more than happy to discuss, and if
there is a valid reason, and the goods are returned in good condition, then a
swap for alternative equally or lesser priced goods can be agreed

Policy
Please see guarantee section above. BEFORE you send an item back, CONTACT US by
email. webmaster@Wickeddice.co.uk stating your name, order number, contact details
and brief description of the problem. The cost of returning goods is bourn by
the purchaser (you).
We will be able to discuss the options with you and come to the best arrangement
possible. We can sort out most problems quickly and easily with minimal cost to
you or us.
